James McAvoy is Nicholas Garrigan, a young Scottish doctor who has traveled to Uganda to work at a rural hospital in The Last King of Scotland (2006), so named because "King of Scotland" was one of the self-appointed titles of Ugandan madman Idi Amin. Played by Forest Whitaker, in the film Amin has just become the Ugandan president thanks to a coup, not a vote. After a chance meeting thanks to a car accident, Amin comes to Garrigan for treatment for an injury. Amin develops a soft spot for the doc, and he takes him on as his go-to guy and personal M.D. It's fun at first, but Garrigan begins to see Amin for what he is: mean. Really, really mean. But his missionary work at one rinky dink hospital is nothing compared to the good he can do for the people of Uganda with a direct line to the head honcho himself. Unfortunately, Garrigan makes some awful choices, including knocking up one of Amin's wives (Kerry Washington) and trying to tell him what to do politically. Eventually, Amin expels all the Asians from Uganda, kills the health minister, then snatches up the doc's passport when he tries to skedaddle. Although the whole story about the Scottish doctor was made up, a lot of stuff was historically correct. The Last King of Scotland is a dark, smart, terrifying film—and Whitaker won an Oscar for his turn as a true ten-ton tyrant. McAvoy turns in a fine performance as well -- but you may not remember anything but this his fully-naked body when he drops trou. On top of seeing his bathing suit bulge, his body in whitey tighties while he goes for a celebratory run after med school, and his ass as he's plowing a Ugandan hottie against a wall, we get a full frontal shot of the scorching hot Scot when he takes his shorts off in front of Mr. Amin. If Mr. Man becomes a dictator, he just might take on a hot doc with a beautiful cock just like in The Last King of Scotland
