Faking It (2014-2016)

Faking It is a comedy series that first aired on MTV in early 2014, back when being LGBT was a much tabooer thing than it is today. Remember all the hype about girls kissing girls, as dudes celebrated how happy women were without them? The show concerns two best friends, Amy (Rita Volk) and Karma (Katie Stevens), who have failed time and time again at trying to be popular in their Texas high school. Their last-ditch attempt to become popular, and for Karma to try tempting and scoring with super hottie Liam (Gregg Sulkin), is to come out as lesbians, which unintentionally turns them into superstars. Everyone in school knows their name, they both get nominated for Homecoming Queen, and all the bros in school want to see them make out. Now that they have all of this newfound fame and popularity, they must now keep up the deception or risk going back to unpopular status. That's tough for Karma, since she has a massive crush on Liam. But it's very easy for Amy, since after doing a bit of touching and kissing with the fairer sex, she realizes she might not be faking it at all! Buy the Subaru Amy, you're a legit lesbo! Throw in a jealous stepsister (Bailey De Young) just begging to out them as attention seeking "flesbians" and it's easy to see why this one provided three seasons worth of comedic situations. Being a cable series, there's a little more opportunity for sexiness than on network TV, but that doesn't mean we were going to get any full-frontal. Instead, the best we get is pixelated butt from the bulky bro Gregg Sulkin while he's naked in bed with a babe. You see that chest? You can't fake that! We weren't sulking about the lack of skin, since at least we also got Cameron Moulene and Michael J. Willett making out with each other while shirtless, Skyler Maxon and Michael J. Willett doing some wrestling before wrestling with their romantic feelings toward each other, and Eduardo Arrazola showing his oiled-up bod and beautiful bulge while suntanning on top of the Brazilian flag. Mr. Man was begging to make it with the dudes from Faking It!
