With those luscious lips, that tight little butt and creamy tan skin, is it any wonder Portuguese stud muffin Ricardo Meneses is more than worthy of the Hall of Fame Nudity! status he’s achieved here at Mr. Man? His nakedness is the result of only one skintillating performance, but oh, what a performance it was! In his only on-screen role listed on IMDb, Ricardo plays the character Sérgio in the erotically charged film O Fantasma (2000). His character is a gay trash collector who develops an intense, lustful fascination with a motorcyclist. Soon his desire unleashes a smorgasbord of steamy sultry sexiness and flesh-filled scenes. When Ricardo’s goop gets gobbled in a bathroom, when he flaunts his hard-on in a pool, or spanks the monkey while wearing the motorcyclist’s gloves, or mouth meets man, it is quite possibly some of the steamiest bits of nude male flesh ever put to film. And lest you think this movie was only about nakedness and sex, Mr. Man will point out that Ricardo was nominated for a Portuguese Golden Globe for Best Actor, director João Pedro Rodrigues was nominated for a Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival for his efforts, and the film won Best Feature at the NewFest: New York’s LGBT Film Festival. None of this, however, sadly, surprisingly, curiously, was not enough to make Ricardo show up in any other films or projects. But at least there was this one, perfect performance to live on in infamy… and in our very vivid memories.
