Some A-hole scientist forces a bunch of poor people he's kidnapped to eat ass in the grossout horror flick The Human Centipede (2009). Potentially one of the most disgusting horror films to ever be produced, Dutch filmmaker Tom Six created this film after thinking about the worst punishments people could conjure in their minds, and studying some Nazi medical experiments that were conducted in concentration camps. In the film, two American women (Ashley C. Williams and Ashlyn Yennie) are on a road trip through Europe when their car breaks down in the woods. They find an isolated house and ask for help, only to wake up in a makeshift hospital basement with a Japanese tourist named Katsuro (Akihiro Kitamura). The demented doctor from Deutschalnd Josef Heiter (Dieter Laser) explains to them that he previously specialized in separating Siamese twins, but now wants to sew three unsuspecting people together in a line, connecting their gastric systems mouth to anus, and creating a human centipede. To make sure they can't walk, he severs their ligaments, and to make sure the head man has to do his business, he force-feeds him both food and laxatives. The three all try to escape, but ultimately fail, and Dr. Heiter goes through with the surgery. Detectives come to the house to find the missing tourists, but they quickly become the doctor's next victims. The movie, which actually launched an entire franchise, may be hard to stomach, but there's one redeeming shot of Laser's butt when he swims naked in a pool. No need to give you all the deets about the scene's purpose, it's just a shot from above at his yummy bum! The Human Centipede will have you in the mood for a little ass to mouth!
