One Night Stand (1997)

Sometimes things come back to bite you in the ass. And not in the kinky way! In One Night Stand (1997), Max (Wesley Snipes) finds out his gay friend Charlie (Robert Downey Jr.) has contracted AIDS, so he flies from Los Angeles to New York to comfort him. During his trip the very married Max meets a sexy woman named Karen (Nastassja Kinski) and sleeps with her. It's a pretty classic tale of two hot people bumping into each other, then bumping uglies, and since his wife Mimi (Ming-Na) never finds out, he thinks he's in the clear. But a year later when Charlie is near death, Max and his wife get together with various friends and family of Charlie’s to see him off in style. There is just one problem. Max finds out that his one-night slam piece just so happens to be the wife of a family friend. Things suddenly get very complex for Max as he realizes he has to watch his friend die and tell his wife he's a cheater all in the same week. Robert Downey Jr. landed the role by being super skinny, since he was deep into his drug addiction at the time, but it kind of works for him! Robert Downey Jr. is no Iron Man here as he spends most of the movie in a hospital bed, but we do get a few flashes of skin here and there as he moves around in a hospital gown. There's even a butt shot as he tries to change positions. While most of the nudity in this movie is handled by the women, we do get a few shots of Mr. Snipes showing off his built, chiseled physique in a few different scenes where he is in bed with his lady friends. A chiseled Adonis like that who was LGBT friendly back in the 90's? Wesley's so hot in One Night Stand we can hardly stand it!
